…ty if the filter does not already include an orderBy filter of some kind. Updated all the methods that were using unOrdered iter_call to have a specific orderBy filter.

Added feature to iter_call to force a orderBy filter on the id property if the filter does not already include an orderBy filter of some kind. Updated all the methods that were using unOrdered iter_call to have a specific orderBy filter.
Fixed #1949
